Our factory was established in 2003 and located in Haiyan, Jiaxing, Mainly Custom wholesale rack, storage shelves, cantilever and mezzanine. The old master in our factory has more than 20 years of experience in jewelry processing, and the youngest master has about 7 years of service. At present, the factory has four complete production lines, the capacity is 1000 pieces per day, all kinds of machines are fully equipped. Staffing is also complete, with 15 people on each line.
Cold rolling Lines
Cold rolled line is used to produce rack uprights, all racks need upright parts, according to different load capacity requirements, we will produce different types of uprights.
Stamping and welding lines
The corner of the crossbeam， bar and the bottom bracket of the upright need to be stamped, then welded and polished.
Powder coating Line
Powder coating line can attach the preferred colour to the product, at the same time，it have the effect of anti-corrosion and rust prevention.
Quality Control
All pieces of rack parts go through a rigorous quality control process and it is here they are given the final sign-off as meeting HYST’s strict standards of quality . We are equipped with 6 staff for inspection, each staff to check a small part, so that every piece of rack parts is flawless.
Packaging
After QC , we will do packing and shipping to our clients all over the world , ready for storage , our commission is Optimising storage space . Pallet packing and goods will be marked with lable by staff after packing.
