1-Understanding your needs
Nothing is more important than identifying your needs. We will meet with you and perform initial site measurement to gather necessary information such as : stoage capacity, expected accessibility of pallets, cargo diamension and weight, budget and so on.
2-Design the rack by CAD
Having gathered your information, we use Computer Aided Design (CAD) program to plan and design your warehouse storage solution. The CAD drawings will show you detailed racking configurations, floor layouts and storage summary.
3-Approval, Production and Logistic Plan
Once you have accepted our design and quotation, we will schedule production of your racking components. Before, delivery, we will communicate with you to make sure those materials will be delivered to your site smoothly.
4-Installation
For domestic market in china, we can supply the installation service.
For the exporting countries, we will supply the installation manual and guide for third party intallation team from customer.

How to customize and wholesale the rack?
We are professional in custom design, and we can make different kinds of rack for your warehouse.

What if we can’t deliver on time?
We usually delivery on time , Unless there is something out of control, such as the Covid-19 ,or some terrible wether , we will inform our customers in advance and discuss the solution.
What if the size of goods are wrong?
This kind of situation will not happen. We have the team for every rack parts process and check the size before delivery.
What’s the minimum order quantity?
The MOQ is adjusted according to the rack needs of clients. For pallet rack, MOQ is 5 tons.
What about the rack damage during the transportation ?
We will pallet packing the goods, then remake for you and ship to you with insurance.
What is the payment term?
TT, 30% prepayment , the rest against the BL copy.
